Job Description:

Step into a specialized role on the 7th Floor Intermediate unit, where your expertise in cardiac rhythms and telemetry will be vital. As a registered nurse working nights, you'll focus on managing patients with cardiac and stroke conditions, often administering and monitoring a variety of cardiac drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Lasix. The assignment offers a unique chance to work in a true cardiac setting, requiring proficiency in reading and reacting to complex rhythms to ensure patient safety. Expect to float within scope to similar units and handle a patient ratio of 1:5, all while working a 12-hour night shift. This contract is perfect for nurses with at least one year of experience, including first-timers, who are committed to making a difference in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
