Job Description:

This step-down registered nurse role offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts at a prestigious Short Term Acute Care facility. You'll be responsible for managing complex patient needs on dual units, including PCU/Step-Down and general floors, with ratios ranging from 2-3 to occasionally 5. Expect to interpret and manage dysrhythmias, titrate cardiac drips, and handle chest tubes, all within a fast-paced environment that challenges your clinical skills while offering the chance to make a real difference during overnight hours. The assignment is perfect for experienced RNs ready to handle diverse cardiac cases within a magnet and teaching hospital setting.
