Job Description:

Join a specialized Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in Green Bay for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. As an experienced RN, you'll provide critical care to fragile, low birth weight infants in a private-room setting within an 18-bed level III NICU. Your duties will include managing complex cases like deliveries involving delicate neonates, charting with EPIC, and adapting quickly to variable weekend and holiday rotations. This assignment offers a chance to focus deeply on neonatal care in a supportive environment that values resilience and flexibility, with opportunities to float to pediatric units as needed.
