Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse in Louisville, KY, and experience a role where your expertise guides patient recovery and comfort. In this 13-week contract, you'll provide direct patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate education for patients and their families. Your responsibilities include supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, mentoring new team members, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. This assignment offers the unique opportunity to work primarily during three days each week, with rotating on-call duties and weekend shifts, ensuring a balanced work schedule with meaningful patient interactions and collaborative team work.
