Job Description:

This PACU Registered Nurse role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a bustling surgical recovery unit that spans pediatric and adult populations. You'll be supportingpatients recovering from a wide range of procedures in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility of floating to pediatric PACU as needed. The schedule features three 12-hour day shifts, giving you ample time to explore the vibrant surroundings after your shift. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Expect to work with specialized equipment like Hoyer lifts and bladder scanners, and to meet patient ratios of 1:2. Epic experience and certifications such as ACLS, BCLS, and PALS are required, ensuring you're well-prepared to handle the demands of post-op care in this high-volume setting.
