Job Description:

This travel assignment places you in the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, working in a specialized Cardiopulmonary unit at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas. You will be performing critical clinical data collection and assisting with neonatal intensive care procedures. The role requires hands-on involvement in NICU and PICU environments, with responsibilities including intubations, surfactant administration, and other pediatric procedures. This position offers the opportunity to experience a fast-paced, high-stakes setting, all while working 12-hour night shifts over a 13-week contract. The unit is equipped with advanced technology like Crossvent and Hamilton G5, and you'll join a team of dedicated staff managing a busy but rewarding environment, with a patient ratio of 7:1 in a 4th-floor unit. Candidates must bring NICU and pediatric critical care experience, along with current certifications including NRP, PALS, ACLS, and BLS.
