Job Description:

Join a renowned neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) for a 13-week travel assignment supporting critically ill newborns and their families. This full-time role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a focus on caring for Level 4 NICU patients ranging from feeder growers to complex ICU neonatal cases. As a Neonatal Nurse, you will independently manage patient care in a busy, fast-paced environment, coordinating complex treatments, administering medications, and educating families. Expect to work with a team that values your expertise in neonatal nursing standards, with a patient ratio of up to 1:4, providing an engaging and impactful experience that emphasizes supporting fragile infants at a critical stage of their development.
