Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity is for experienced RNs specializing in telemetry and neuro conditions, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. You'll be floating between various Cone Health facilities in Burlington, North Carolina, providing specialized care for stroke and neuro patients with multiple co-morbidities. The role offers an engaging environment where attention to detail in monitoring remote telemetry and managing complex patient needs is essential. Expect to work with patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6, performing tasks such as feeding tube care, port access, blood product administration, IV starts, and wound management. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks, with a weekly time commitment of 36 hours. This role is uniquely suited for adaptable nurses eager to expand their expertise in a challenging, fast-paced setting.
