Job Description:

This assignment places you in an ECFast track clinic setting, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts for a duration of 17 weeks. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of trauma and psychiatric cases, including trauma bays, psych/seclusion rooms, and a mix of adult and pediatric patients from neonates to geriatrics. Your role involves coordinating with a team of nurse aides, paramedics, techs, and mid-level providers, all while adhering to strict protocols such as the 75-mile radius rule and specific shift requirements. Expect to respond to trauma or code situations, monitor patients using telemonitor tech, and support stabilization and airvac transfers for trauma cases. This position emphasizes hands-on involvement in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will keep critical workflows flowing efficiently.
