Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role places you in the Critical Care Float Pool, working weekend day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on a 3x12 schedule. Your duties include floating between various ICU units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU, providing flexible critical care support based on staffing needs. The position offers a chance to diversify your ICU experience across different specialties while maintaining a consistent weekend schedule. You'll be responsible for managing ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and providing advanced patient monitoring, all while working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
