Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team in Franklin, Wisconsin, supporting an Acuity Adaptable Unit that is not a pure ICU—your day-to-day will focus on caring for post-cath patients while staying ready for a wide range of critical-level acuity. This 12-hour day assignment follows an every-other-week (EOW) / every-other-holiday (EOH) structure, bringing variety to your schedule while keeping your week organized.

You’ll bring at least 2 years of nursing experience, including ICU exposure with post-cath experience. CRRT experience is required, and comfort with balloon pump and Swan support is a plus. Competency in sheath pulls is also essential. Epic experience is preferred, and prior travel experience will help you hit the ground running.

The role may include floating onsite within your skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed—ideal if you enjoy being versatile while staying focused on the work you do best. Expect a professional, hands-on assignment where your clinical skills and readiness matter every shift.
