Job Description:

Join a 12-hour night Medical/Surgical team on the 6th floor in Neenah, Wisconsin, supporting a busy mix of Trauma surgical, Neuro, and Ortho cases. This travel contract is designed for an experienced RN who’s ready to deliver consistent, high-quality care across a rotating schedule that includes every weekend. You’ll work with EPIC charting (required within the last two years), and you’ll be expected to confidently float throughout the facility within your skillset, including other ThedaCare locations within a 60-mile radius.

Assignment highlights include night shift structure with every-weekend coverage (start time: 5:30 PM), a patient ratio of 1:5–1:6 on nights, and emphasis on Neuro/Ortho trauma experience. If you’ve handled post-op neuro trauma surgeries and post-op ortho trauma cases (including fusions and backs/spines), you’ll fit right in.

Expect cool, crisp air with chances of rain and fluctuating temperatures. Evenings can feel particularly chilly, so plan for layers and waterproof outerwear.
