Job Description:

This 13-week contract in the PCU at HCA HealthONE Swedish offers a hands-on nursing experience in a multi trauma unit that handles highly complex cases. Working the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, you'll be part of a skilled team managing an average of four patients per nurse, with access to advanced equipment like vents, feeding pumps, and specialty beds. The role involves managing trauma patients, trachs, chest tubes, and suctioning, providing a fast-paced environment for those comfortable with high-acuity care. The unit’s collaborative atmosphere and supportive charge nurses create an environment where you can make a real impact in patient outcomes while further honing your acute care skills.
