Job Description:

This RN position at Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City offers a unique opportunity to work within the Mother Baby unit, specializing in caring for postpartum mothers and their newborns. You will be staffing the unit during overnight shifts, providing direct patient care, evaluating patient conditions, and supporting new families through their early postpartum period. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and the use of EPIC electronic medical records. Experience with neonatal and postpartum care, along with Oklahoma RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certifications, are required. The 12-hour night shift means you'll enjoy extended rest periods between workdays, allowing for a good work-life balance while making a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
