Job Description:

Join our team as a MedSurg RN on a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana, working 12-hour night shifts. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population in a large hospital setting, managing diagnoses ranging from chronic illnesses like COPD and Diabetes to neurological and mental health conditions. This role involves performing assessments, care planning, medication management, and utilizing various medical equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to experience a busy medical-surgical unit with the chance to float to other medical units within the facility. You'll benefit from an orientation that includes hospital and Epic system training, preparing you for a smooth transition into this rewarding role.
