Join a community-focused Hematology/Oncology Nurse Navigator role in Beaverton, where you'll coordinate patient care and provide vital education to adults navigating cancer treatments. You'll work within a close-knit team across two primary locations, supporting a variety of patients in community clinics dedicated to hematology and medical oncology. This assignment is perfect for experienced oncology nurses eager to make a real difference outside of inpatient settings, with a focus on outreach and education rather than direct patient care.
