Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare team as a CAR-T Nurse Coordinator in Boston, coordinating the end-to-end cellular therapy journey for patients receiving CAR-T and other immune effector cell therapies. This role is built for an organized clinical coordinator who can keep every moving part aligned—from referral and evaluation through leukapheresis, bridging therapy, lymphodepletion, infusion, and post-treatment monitoring.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, working closely with physicians, APPs, inpatient and outpatient teams, apheresis services, cellular therapy laboratories, investigational pharmacies, and external treatment partners. Expect to review clinical and lab information to support treatment readiness, triage symptoms and adverse events, and help coordinate management for treatment-related toxicities such as CRS and ICANS.

A key part of the assignment is ensuring compliance with FACT, FDA, REMS, manufacturer, and institutional requirements, with accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and support for audit readiness.
