Job Description:

This travel assignment involves performing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological statuses, including cognitive and communication skills. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members—including physicians, support staff, and family members—to develop personalized care plans. Your role includes directing and coordinating the care team, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely, organized delivery of care in a 10-hour shift setting. You'll also evaluate patient responses, adjust plans accordingly, and document all activities accurately.
