Job Description:

Join our team as an Emergency Room RN for a 13-week night shift contract at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Beloit, WI. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical care during evening hours in a fast-paced ER setting, with the chance to work at a secondary location in Janesville. The position requires active Wisconsin RN licensure, certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS, along with flu vaccination and education verification. You will be responsible for managing patient assessments, delivering prescribed medications, developing individualized patient care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role emphasizes critical thinking and attention to patient safety, offering a hands-on, impactful experience in emergency healthcare.
