Job Description:

Join a pediatric stepdown unit as a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiac care. This role involves supporting young patients with both medical and surgical cardiac defects, including post-op care following cardiac cath procedures and transplants. You will work nights in 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, providing critical oversight and hands-on support in a unit equipped for Trachs, vents, high flow nasal cannula, and inotropes. This assignment offers a chance to refine your pediatric cardiac nursing skills while working in a bustling environment that keeps you engaged and challenged.
