Job Description:

This position calls for a BMT/Oncology Registered Nurse ready to take on the challenge of caring for patients battling blood cancers, including those receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular treatments like stem cell transplants and CAR-T therapy. Working primarily during night shifts, you'll be part of a dedicated 36-bed unit where patient ratios can flex up based on staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include administering complex treatments, managing patient care plans, and floating between BMT/Onc and CTU units to meet evolving demands. Experience in acute care BMT/HEMO, chemotherapy administration, and a strong ability to adapt to flexible staffing are essential. This role offers an engaging environment for nurses eager to apply their specialized skills in a specialized setting, with support from a well-organized team.
