Job Description:

Join a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse role in Carmel, Indiana, supporting a 31-bed med-surg unit with a concentration in general surgery, urology, gynecology, and bariatric surgery. This contract is a great fit for an RN who can confidently work day shifts and bring hands-on experience across high-acuity surgical case types. Your week will include structured 12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) with a 1:6 patient ratio.

What makes this assignment stand out: the unit’s focus on specialty surgical workflows, including bariatric surgery and other targeted areas. The team values RN experience of at least 2 years and is specifically looking for comfort with voiding trials and/or urogyn surgery experience. If you’ve worked in these specialty processes—or can clearly demonstrate familiarity—you’ll be well positioned to succeed here. (First-time travelers are accepted, and the unit does utilize floating as needed.)
