Job Description:

Step into a 12-hour day travel role as a Medical Surgical/Tele RN with a focus on PCU workflows at a busy care unit in St Albans, Vermont. This assignment is built around a consistent schedule—36 hours per week with shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and every other weekend included—so you’ll know exactly what your week looks like from start to finish.

You’ll bring 2–3 years of Med Surg experience (preferred) to a unit that uses tele-focused monitoring as part of day-to-day responsibilities. To be ready to work independently, you’ll need an active Vermont RN license or a multi-state compact license, along with current BLS and ACLS.

This is a straightforward, hands-on nursing contract for an RN who enjoys structured day shifts and the mix of Med Surg experience with tele-ready readiness—without the guesswork of constantly shifting schedules.
