Job Description:

Step into a Travel Swing Bed LPN role in Kirksville, Missouri, supporting inpatient rehab (swing) patients within a 10-bed unit. This assignment runs on 12-hour days (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), giving you a steady schedule and a clear focus: deliver skilled nursing care based on your established competencies, with possible med-surg coverage if swing volume shifts.

You’ll be joining a team that values readiness and consistency—expect floating mainly to med/surg for patient assignments and occasional tasking to other units when needed (only within existing competencies). Swing patients are typically less nurse-intensive than traditional med-surg, but the skill expectations stay grounded in your day-to-day LPN practice.

Call requirements are light: no standing call, with only potential on-call placement if volume supports it, limited by standard call-off expectations. You’ll use MedHost (EMR) as part of your workflow.

To be considered, bring 1+ year of experience, BLS, and knowledge of IV medications.
