Job Description:

Join a travel nursing contract in Lodi, California, supporting coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients. This role centers on delivering care based on established standards of care and the nursing process, while applying critical thinking and independent judgment in everyday clinical decision-making.

You will also supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and help coordinate care with other disciplines. The assignment is unique in that it blends hands-on nursing responsibilities with a supervisory focus—guiding your team, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring care plans are carried out with professionalism and consistency.
