Job Description:

Join a Labor & Delivery/Recovery & Postpartum unit in Fredericksburg, VA, supporting nights (12-hour shifts) in a fast-paced setting built around inductions and deliveries, including C/S and SVD. This travel contract is designed for an RN who enjoys caring for birthing journeys from start to finish—monitoring and assisting through labor progression, participating in shift-based triage flow, and helping support the unit’s daily operations with a strong NRP and BLS foundation. You’ll collaborate with a team that includes charge leadership on nights and a mix of newer and experienced nurses working together as the unit grows.
