Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Jacksonville, Florida, where you’ll coordinate nursing care using the Mayo Nursing Care Model. In this Registered Nurse (RN) role, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. Your work will include direct patient care, patient and family education, and supporting transitions of care. You’ll also step into leadership through preceptor-style responsibilities and informal leadership opportunities, with chances to contribute to quality improvement efforts and participate in committees or projects.

This assignment follows a Mon–Fri schedule with 10-hour shifts (0645–1715) and includes on-call responsibilities. Because the role calls for experience in Urology/Gynecology, you’ll bring your RN expertise to a focused specialty setting where your clinical judgment and organization matter every shift.

Weather:

Expect warm, humid conditions with plenty of sunshine and occasional rainfall. Evenings are generally mild, making it easy to spend time outdoors between shifts.
