Job Description:

Work as an Operating Room Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel assignment in Aurora, Colorado. Join a Level 1 Trauma Center’s OR team across a focused mix of specialties, including General surgery, GU/GYN, Neuro, ENT, and Plastic. Your schedule is built around 12-hour days starting at 06:45, with occasional variations to 08:45 and 10:45, plus the possibility of occasional float shifts to nights (no more than 3 shifts per contract). The team covers 41 ORs, and you may float within scope to other UCH ORs as facility needs require. Weekend requirements are “as needed” per unit needs, and on-call support is also required, averaging about 3 shifts per 8-week schedule period.

This assignment is designed for an OR RN who can hit the ground running with solid experience, including Level 1 or 2 trauma experience and Epic experience. If you’ve already completed a full year on assignment, rebooking won’t occur for at least one year. (RTO is not allowed during specified blackout periods: June 28–July 9, 2026; September 2–September 12, 2026; October 25–November 4, 2026.)
