Job Description:

Step into a travel contract Registered Nurse role supporting long-term acute care and telemetry services in Kansas City, Missouri. In this position, you’ll take shift accountability by applying the Nursing Process in line with the state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy and procedures. You’ll use critical thinking and clinical judgment to anticipate needs, plan for safe delivery of care, and maintain strong clinical competencies through continuing education.

As the shift leader, you’ll delegate priorities based on the education and experience of the available team and provide direction and supervision for assigned personnel during each shift. This assignment is built around telemetry workflow and LTAC/telemetry-focused nursing responsibilities, giving you a clear, structured role where your leadership on shift truly matters.
