Job Description:

Step into a CVOR Surgical Tech travel role in Charlotte, North Carolina—supporting adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases in the operating room. This assignment includes work across multiple adult and pediatric cardiac-focused ORs, with the department also supporting Cath Lab and EP Lab as needed. You’ll use Epic EMR systems and work with common OR technologies such as Alaris IV pumps and Omnicell medication dispensing.

Expect a structured schedule with 12-hour night shifts and an on-call component (typically 1 night per week and 2 weekends within a 6-week scheduling period). Orientation is tailored to your experience level, including departmental onboarding and time to get oriented to unit expectations and workflow.

To succeed here, bring at least 2 years of adult CVOR experience and comfort with adult CVOR case types. BLS is required, and certification is preferred but not required. You’ll be supported by a clinical supervisor, charge RN, anesthesia/CRNA team, OR assistants, and experienced peer resources.
