Job Description:

Work as a Travel RN in Case Management at a Portsmouth, NH hospital, supporting utilization management, care coordination, discharge planning, and revenue integrity. This assignment is built for an RN who has strong acute hospital case management experience and can contribute quickly to the day-to-day workflow, including weekend rotation. You’ll use Midas EMR to help coordinate next steps and keep documentation moving in a focused, business-professional setting.
