Job Description:

Join a travel Respiratory Therapist role supporting NICU and PICU care in an inpatient setting in Boston, Massachusetts. This assignment focuses on critical respiratory management, including lung protective ventilation and ventilator decision-making grounded in patient assessment and laboratory results.

You’ll work 12-hour shifts on an AM schedule (7:00 AM–7:30 PM), with coverage that includes every-other weekend and every-other holiday. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility, including critical care experience across NICU and PICU, and is comfortable making ventilator adjustments that match evolving clinical needs. Experience with Level III NICU settings and Drager XL and v500 ventilators is preferred.
