Job Description:

Join the Neuro ICU team at a renowned Short Term Acute Care hospital located in St. Louis, Missouri. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity for experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurses to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30). You’ll manage complex neuro diagnoses such as strokes, neuromuscular disorders, and CNS infections, with responsibilities including vasoactive medication management, ICP monitoring, and cranial procedures. The role requires passing the Relias EKG exam, interpreting dysrhythmias, and navigating neurotrauma cases. Clinicians are encouraged to float within scope to meet hospital needs and the schedule includes mandatory weekend rotations every other week. Guaranteed hours and the option of signing for 36 or 48 hours per week ensure predictability, while the short-term contract format keeps the work both challenging and rewarding. This is a great opportunity to sharpen neuro-critical care skills in a dynamic hospital setting.
