Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse role offers a hands-on opportunity to work in a busy, Level 1 Trauma Center specializing in cardiac and critical care. Shifts are 12 hours overnight, providing a chance to experience the unique rhythm of night shift life while managing complex patient cases such as Vents, Drips, and Dialysis. You'll operate with a targeted patient ratio of 1:2, following protocols that emphasize precision and teamwork. The position is ideal for nurses with at least one year of CVICU experience and familiarity with high-acuity environments. Expect to interpret EKG strips, manage A-Lines, and support patients requiring intensive interventions. First-time travelers are welcome—Ohio licensure isn't required at signing. This role provides a dynamic environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes, all within a supportive team that values expertise and dedication.
