Job Description:

Join a hospital recognized for its excellence in pediatric critical care as a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse. In this role, you will work in a vibrant environment, providing specialized nursing support across PICU, CVPICU, and NICU units. Expect to float within your scope, applying your strong PICU experience to foster patient safety and comfort during 12-hour night shifts. This assignment is tailored for those with at least 2 years of recent PICU experience who thrive on variety and teamwork. The position offers a guaranteed 48 hours weekly, with an opportunity to work up to 13 weeks, making this a chance to deepen your pediatric critical care expertise while exploring a dynamic facility that balances teaching and advanced trauma care.
