Job Description:

Embark on a 13-week travel nursing adventure as a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool RN in Charlottesville, VA. In this role, you'll float between various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, pediatric medsurg, PACU, ED boarders, and postpartum/mother baby sections. This position requires specific PICU and NICU experience, with the opportunity to work on a flexible schedule where you'll provide critical support across multiple pediatric care settings. Expect to handle shifts of 12 hours during daytime hours, actively applying your expertise in pediatric emergencies, ventilations, and critical care protocols. Your bedside skills will be vital in supporting diverse pediatric patient populations, with a focus on ensuring smooth clinical operations while adhering to hospital policies.
