Job Description:

This respiratory therapist role involves hands-on management of adult and pediatric patients in an inpatient setting, primarily focused on ventilator management, intubation assistance, and performing diagnostic procedures like ABGs and EKGs. The position offers the chance to work in a busy, fast-paced facility where treatments and patient needs can fluctuate daily—sometimes requiring between 10 to 30 treatments per day. You'll be part of a dedicated team responding swiftly to patient needs, managing vent therapy, and supporting critical care teams in a hospital that operates 24/7. It’s a practical, engaging role suited for RTs experienced in similar-sized facilities and settings, who thrive in patient-rich environments and are comfortable with a variety of respiratory equipment. Play your part in keeping critical patients stable in a setting that values flexibility and skill. No call responsibilities, and the team always has at least two RTs scheduled per shift.
