Job Description:

Join a well-respected hospital in Winchester, Tennessee, for a 12-week travel contract working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As an RN on 12-hour night shifts, you'll be responsible for monitoring critically ill adult patients with complex conditions such as COPD exacerbations, septic shock, and post-heart catheterization recovery. This assignment offers the chance to work with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and vasoactive drips, providing an excellent opportunity to deepen your ICU expertise. The setting features a ICU with 10 beds, a patient ratio of 1:2, and state-of-the-art equipment. Prior ICU experience of at least two years and required certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS) are needed to start. You'll experience a supportive team environment with rotating weekend hours and the potential for census-dependent call duties.
