Job Description:

Join our team as a MICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Charlottesville, VA. You'll work night shifts in a newly opened 28-bed ICU unit, focused on patients with multi-system failure, sepsis, pneumonia, GI bleed, and organ failure. The schedule consists of 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with accommodations made for 36 hours per week. This role offers a unique experience to work closely with a dedicated ICU team, supporting critically ill patients and utilizing your Epic system skills. Be prepared for every other weekend and holiday shifts, with specific policies around time off and float requirements. This position provides an engaging opportunity to make a difference in a specialized ICU setting while gaining new expertise in a vibrant hospital environment.
