Job Description:

Join a Level II Trauma Center in Fredericksburg, VA, as a SICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. This role offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts, caring for highly specialized surgical and trauma patients including those recovering from cardiac surgeries, neurosurgery, or severe trauma. The position involves managing complex cases like arterial lines, blood products, dysrhythmias, and ventilator management, providing an engaging environment for experienced nurses who thrive in high-acuity settings. While travel pairs are welcome, scheduling may differ.
