Job Description:

Join a dedicated Critical Care Unit team at a hospital in Carroll, Iowa, for a 13-week travel assignment. As a registered nurse in the CCU, you will be responsible for caring for patients with complex conditions such as CHF, pneumonia, COPD, sepsis, and DKA. This role involves managing ventilators, titrating drips like insulin and norepinepi, and providing advanced patient monitoring. You will work 12-hour night shifts, ensuring high-quality care while coordinating with a charge nurse and house supervisor. The setting offers an engaging opportunity to handle a variety of acute cases, with the flexibility to float to MedSurg Peds as needed, adding an extra layer of challenge and variety to your experience.
