Job Description:

Join an 8-bed Pediatric unit in West Chester, PA, as a Pediatric Registered Nurse on a 12-week contract. This role involves caring for young patients in private rooms, typically with a 1-3 patient-to-nurse ratio. The shift is 12 hours overnight, starting at 7 p.m., with a schedule that includes working every third weekend. You'll be expected to have a minimum of one year of full-time general pediatric experience, along with BLS, NRP, and a valid PA or compact license. This assignment is suited for proactive team players who take initiative and maintain a professional attitude. The unit staff consists of 1-2 RNs per shift, providing an environment where your skills will make a difference in patient outcomes. Every aspect of compliance and credentialing must be completed prior to start, as full readiness is mandatory. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain specialized pediatric experience in a supportive setting while working a consistent night schedule.
