Job Description:

Join a stepdown unit within a magnet-designated acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska, as a PCU Registered Nurse. This assignment involves working a 12-hour night shift on a flexible schedule of either 3x12 or 4x12 shifts, offering a balanced work and rest cycle. You will be supporting a unit that manages a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neuro, renal, and complex medical-surgical cases, with a focus on a co-care/virtual nursing model. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality patient monitoring, assisting with admissions, discharges, education, and safety rounds alongside a virtual RN. Must have an Alaska RN license in hand for an automatic offer, and be prepared to float within scope as needed.
