Job Description:

Join the team as a Night Shift Nursing Coordinator, where you will lead patient flow and hospital operations during the overnight hours. This full-time role offers the opportunity to be the central operational hub, managing admissions, transfers, and bed utilization across various hospital departments. You'll coordinate closely with emergency, surgical, and inpatient units to ensure smooth patient throughput, reduce delays, and support hospital efficiency. Your strong clinical judgment and leadership presence will be key in navigating a fast-paced environment, making independent decisions that directly impact patient access and safety. The shift runs from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM over a period of 13 weeks, with responsibilities that include managing a team during nights, holidays, and weekends, and supporting hospital-wide capacity and throughput initiatives. It's a unique hybrid leadership role that combines administrative oversight with operational problem-solving in a healthcare setting.
