Join the team at a reputable healthcare facility on a 13-week assignment in the Progressive Care Unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This role involves providing critical support in a 44-bed unit that manages neuro and trauma cases, utilizing advanced equipment like IV pumps and chest tubes. You will work 12-hour day shifts, delivering essential care to a diverse patient population, and collaborating with a dedicated team including RNs, CNAs, and charge staff. This assignment offers an opportunity to sharpen your skills in neuro and spinal checks, blood transfusions, and critical procedures while working in a high-functioning environment that values patient-focused teamwork.
