Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse in Columbus, Ohio, for an engaging 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00. This role offers the chance to provide specialized care in a Level IV NICU environment, where you’ll manage complex cases, including frequent trach care and heavy parent involvement. The assignment requires float coverage to PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and MS units across multiple hospital campuses, including Riverside and St. Ann's. You’ll need at least 2 years of NICU experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a Level IV NICU, and must hold current BLS, NRP, and Ohio State licenses. References from previous managers or supervisors are required at submission. Expect a comprehensive interview process, including initial screening and a follow-up with the NICU unit manager to determine fit and availability.
