Job Description:

Join our team as a step-down registered nurse in Dayton, Ohio, working 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for caring for cardiac patients post-CABG and valve surgeries, managing medications, interpreting cardiac strips, and providing specialized post-operative care on a 36-hour weekly schedule. This assignment offers a chance to gain hands-on experience with complex cardiac cases, including thoracotomy and lung procedures, in a 36-bed unit equipped to handle high-acuity patients with telemetry monitoring.
