Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role at a busy Level II Trauma Center in Fredericksburg, VA, offers a chance to work in a variety of adult and neonatal intensive care units, as well as emergency and trauma departments. The position involves providing airway management, ABG analysis, medication administration, and aerosol therapies during 12-hour night shifts. You will be floating between NICU, ER, and adult ICU/stepdown units, ensuring patients receive optimal respiratory support. This unique assignment combines patient-focused duties with the flexibility to adapt to different critical care environments, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
