Job Description:

Join a 152-bed Level II children's hospital with an esteemed Level IV NICU in Tacoma, Washington. This role involves providing specialized nursing care for fragile neonates, including premature infants as young as 22 weeks gestation, high-risk deliveries, and patients with complex needs such as RDS, NAS, and surgical cases. You will manage respiratory support systems like ventilators, G-tubes, NG/OG feeds, and UAC/UVC lines, while working within a friendly team in private rooms and possibly supporting overflow patients from the NICU. Expect a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an opportunity for block scheduling and the chance to experience the vibrant Pacific Northwest environment through various local activities.
