Job Description:

This travel nursing opportunity places you in the Cardiac Observation Unit (COU), where you'll support high-risk, high-acuity patients undergoing cardiac procedures. As a registered nurse, you will evaluate patients, assist physicians during catheterizations, transesophageal echocardiograms, and cardioversions, and perform pre- and post-procedure care. The role involves hands-on bedside procedures, documentation, patient education, and discharge planning. Your days will include preparing patients, managing conscious sedation, and contributing to quality outcomes. This assignment offers the chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced, specialized setting that values precision and collaboration.
